Hello! My Name Is Eva and I Am Mother of 5+. I Went To Culinary School in Goteborg, Sweden, and Have Been Working in the Restaurant Business Ever Since Then. Before I Came To the States, I Owned A Restaurant in My Hometown. Since I Arrived Approximately 8 Years Ago, I Have Studied American Food Culture. To Learn Everything I Need To Know To Cater Successfully, I Have Combined My Swedish Heritage and the American Culinary Traditions. I Have A Similar Approach To Other Caterers But With A Different Flavor and Look. (There Is So Much More To the Swedish Cuisine Than Meatballs!) This Company Started With ME Catering To Friends and Family. People Told ME To Start A Catering Business So That Others Could Also Experience This Good Tasting Food. People Have Always Told ME How Much They Liked This Kind of Food, and I Have Never Regretted It One Second. Cooking and Serving Others Is Truly A Big Part of My Life.
